Notice of Non-Discrimination

All educational programs, activities and employment practices shall be conducted without discrimination based on sex, race, color, religion, national origin, ethnic group, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability or any other unlawful consideration. “Disability” shall be defined in accordance with all applicable state and federal law. Self-Evaluation and Transition Plans

The Scotts Valley Unified School District is in the process of developing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan. Areas to be evaluated include facility accessibility, accommodations for individuals with disabilities and administrative policies and procedures.
