REMOTE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
Help Desk Hours will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. IT may request remote access to your device. The remote control will need your permission.

We have a new remote support program available for PC users called Splashtop SOS.
Please email email@example.com to explain your issue and, if needed, receive instructions to initiate remote support.
If you have a SchoolDude ticket, IT may reach out to you in order to schedule a time for remote support.
